Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons (like holidays and wedding season), it may take a bit longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping speed.

Upgrades: Need it sooner? Select express shipping at checkout, and we’ll make sure your order gets out the door as quickly as possible.

Delivery Times: Once shipped, most standard U.S. orders arrive in 3–6 business days. Express options are faster, depending on the carrier.

Local Roots: All orders are shipped from Fort Worth, Texas.

Please note: since some items are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on the applicable items unless it arrives damaged or defective. If there’s ever an issue, reach out—we’ll make it right.
